Press Release
The Office of State Attorney Glenn Hess announces that on November 21, 2019, a Bay County jury found Phillip Eugene Dasher guilty as charged of Possession of Methamphetamine.
Evidence presented at trial proved that on May 29, 2019, Panama City Beach Police officers responded to the Campers Inn off Thomas Drive to a suspicious person who was in one of the bathrooms.
