To complete the Online Test follow the steps below:
1. The password for each test is: baycounty
2. There are four(4) tests to choose from. Please be sure you are taking the correct test.
3. You will need to enter: Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and case number.
You may also search for your case number by clicking This Link. Please keep in mind that your case may not be available to view for 7-10 business days after receiving your charge.
4. To complete the Test. You must pass with a score of 70% or higher.
A reference guide for each test can be found in each section. These reference guides open up in a new browser tab
You may refer back to these guides at any time during the 14 question test to assist you in answering the questions.
If your MDP Contract or 90 day acceptance letter did not specify which quiz to take, please refer to the directions below:
- If your charge involves alcohol or disorderly conduct, please choose the “Alcohol and Disorderly Conduct” quiz
- If your charge involves fishing, hunting or boating, please choose the “FWC” quiz
- If your charge involves marijuana or drug possession, please choose the “Marijuana” quiz
- If your charge involves theft, please choose the “Petit Theft” quiz
- For all other charges, please choose the “Alcohol and Disorderly Conduct” quiz
